# How does the Agentline NZ trial work?

**Short answer:** 7-day trial on Starter or Pro. Card up front, and it converts to your paid plan unless you cancel. During the trial you get 1 number, 1 inbox, 10 SMS segments, 50 emails and no voice minutes, and messages go only to your own verified email and mobile.

## Who you can message during the trial

Until you're on a paid plan, your agent can only email or text your own verified email address and mobile number. Once you upgrade, your agent can message other people within Agentline NZ's [rules](/what-we-dont-allow).

Agentline NZ is not GST-registered, so no GST is charged.

## Why trial messages are limited

### What happens when the trial ends?

Your plan continues at the normal monthly price unless you cancel. Billed monthly in advance in NZD through Stripe. Cancel anytime from the dashboard.
