Use cases: reminders, supplier follow-ups and deliveries
Three more step-by-step workflows on Use cases: send appointment reminders and handle reschedules by text, follow up with suppliers and tradies by text and email, and let your agent track deliveries from its own inbox. Each one lists the MCP tools the agent calls, what it can and can't send, and the limits that apply. Like our other content pages, they have a Markdown version: add .md to the address.
Guide: OpenAI Agents SDK, LangChain and n8n agents
A new guide shows how to connect an OpenAI Agents SDK, LangChain/LangGraph or n8n agent to our MCP server or REST API, so it gets its own New Zealand 028 number and @agentline.nz inbox. The inbox is live from day one, and the number is set up within a few days of signup.

Inbox timing that matches your plan
The signup tool, the MCP server card, AGENTS.md, llms.txt and the dashboard now state the timing: your @agentline.nz inbox is live from day one, and your NZ 028 number is set up within a few days of signup.
Index pages for the knowledge base, help and integrations
Knowledge base, Help and Integrations now each list every article in that section, and each article links back to its index. Like our other content pages, they have a Markdown version: add .md to the address.
AGENTS.md and a complete API catalog
/AGENTS.md tells a coding agent how to connect over MCP or the REST API, how to sign itself up with its human's email, and what the plans include. The API catalog (RFC 9727) now lists all three APIs: the REST API, the MCP server, and the keyless MCP server at /public/mcp, which is read-only plus signup and can't send messages for you.
Use cases: four step-by-step workflows
Use cases walks through what an agent can do with its own 028 number and inbox: confirm appointments by text, sign up to services with its own inbox, answer calls with voicemail or a voice agent, and give Grok Bot its own NZ phone number and inbox.
Answered forwarded calls end cleanly
On Pro, when a call forwarded to a phone or SIP address is answered, the call now ends when that conversation ends. Before, the caller could be dropped into the greeting and a voicemail recording afterwards. Forwards that go unanswered, are busy or fail still go to voicemail.
Comparison: two-way SMS options for an AI agent in NZ
A new knowledge base article compares an Agentline NZ 028 number with an NZ short code and Twilio for an agent's two-way SMS in New Zealand: what each costs to run, how long setup takes and which fits.

Security codes stay hidden in ChatGPT
When ChatGPT reads your messages, texts, emails and calls that look like security messages show only the sender and time, and other codes are masked. API keys, voice settings and mobile verification aren't available from ChatGPT; use the dashboard or another MCP client for those.
Email links can't be used up by mail scanners
Sign-in and verification links in our emails now open a page with a button to confirm. Security scanners that open every link in an email can no longer use the link before you do.
MCP clients can ask for send permission up front
The MCP server's OAuth metadata now lists messages:send and offline_access alongside messages:read, so MCP clients can ask for sending when you connect. You can still untick sending on the consent screen.
Faster agent self-signup
An agent signing itself up gets its API key and MCP config back sooner: signup now writes the account in one database step, and the first API and MCP requests after signup make far fewer database round trips.
